Hypno Guidance Relaxation Series.
Hypno Guidance Program is based on the seven major chakras. This course runs every 7 weeks consecutively. You will learn about each chakra through discussion followed by a guided group progressive relaxation in a supportive environment with the intention and purpose learning about you.
